KVR Training’s skills development facilitation services include, but are not limited to:

• check_circleDevelopment of a Workplace Skills Plan and Pivotal Plan.
• check_circleSubmission of the Workplace Skills Plan and Pivotal Plan to the relevant SETA.
• check_circleLiaising with the relevant SETA to ensure that the client receives its Mandatory and Discretionary Grant Disbursements
• check_circleEstablishing and assisting with Employment Equity/Skills Development Committee.
• check_circleAdvising on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan and Pivotal Plan.
• check_circleApplication submissions for Discretionary Funding and other Grants/Projects offered by the SETAs.
• check_circleDrafting of an Annual Training Report against the approved Workplace Skills Plan and submission of the plan to the SETA.
• check_circleAdvising on quality assurance requirements as set by the relevant SETA.
• check_circleServing as a contact person between the employer and the relevant SETA.
• check_circleProviding telephonic contact with consultants of the consultancy during normal working hours and within reasonable, pre-agreed after hours.
• check_circleInitiating and guiding the client’s training committee.
• check_circleSourcing applicable accredited training providers in terms of the budget, strategic skills profile and schedule, should KVR Training be unsuitable for the required training.
