Hennie is the co-founder of KVR Training & Business Solutions.
With a background of training in the formal educational environment, as well more than 30 years experience in the franchising, operations and general business environment combined with a strong accounting & finance background, Hennie brings a wealth of skills and experience to the team.
His passion is to encourage individuals to take every opportunity to expand their knowledge, skills and experience, and by doing so empower themselves properly for the demands that the working environment requires of a knowledgeable and skilful workforce.
Reinhardt co-founded KVR Training & Business Solutions in 2009. After completing his BCom degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria, Reinhardt gained valuable experience in the specialised recruitment & HR industries. He focuses on providing specialised management training as well consulting & assisting organisations with HR & training-related needs. He has also been instrumental in the start-up of various contact centres for a number of clients. Reinhardt has various professional accreditations including with the SABPP as an HR Associate.
Reinhardt is a highly respected facilitator, assessor and moderator, particularly in the fields of contact centre, team leader, supervisor, management and business administration. He has personally facilitated the roll-out of various programmes and nationally accredited qualifications for both blue & white collar industry bluechip clients including: Multichoice, Aegis, African Bank, Europcar and The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) to name a few.
Jared Shippel is the founder and CEO of Qhubeka Consulting, and has served as a Non-Executive Director of Serokolo Health Tourism. Jared has been involved in the start-up of several businesses and has consulted to companies within the diverse industries of Education, Health, Tourism, Wholesale and Retail, Food and Beverage, Finance and Services. He holds graduate degrees in Psychology and Public Health from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Jared’s knowledge and consulting experience has provided him with the opportunities to consult to companies across diverse industries. He has a passion for innovation, strategic people development, talent management, succession planning and the implementation and development of training, coaching and mentoring systems within organizations. His extensive understanding of business and all facets of human capital development and training, has led him to consult in these areas, as well on issues of diversity, human capital, entrepreneurial development, management development and e-learning. He has successfully rolled out learning and development projects locally and nationally for public and blue chip clients.
