This programme will provide you with the knowledge and skills to respond to customer queries in a way that promotes a positive company image, check customer details to ensure the organisation's systems are kept up to date, record the customer's order, and promote additional sales when taking orders. Qualifying learners will be able to respond to customer enquiries in a friendly manner, according to organisational procedures and always present a positive image to the customer.
